Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-4 weeks for transit and scheduling.

Currently, Appointed ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
